This Page is not really a FAQ page. We love to help people directly. But should you have a problem while noone from us or our Assistants is online you can read here and maybe you will find a way to fix your Problem .

* Do we custom work?
Yes and No. Feel free to give us your ideas for new releases. We have a big to do list so we cannot do all.

Also we have a free fitting service. Come to the mainstore and our Assistants or Bax and Julia will help you.

* Who makes the great Boots?
Of course Bax Coen herself Always busy with new creations and always showing us new amazing stuff which is worth the money.

* Who makes the great Accessoires
Julia Merosi is the designer of BAX Accessoires. With a bit help from Bax Coen if she don’t know how to go on with a script .

* Who can help me inworld?

* Are there update Groups?
Yes there are!
SL Update Group. Search under Groups for: Bax’s Boot Promotion and Updates
Hippotech update group. No more need to delet a sl group for joining. just come to the mainstore and click the vendor at entrance. You will get then automatic any news and updates without spending an SL group.

* Where can i buy the stuff as Gift?
At our mainstore you can buy our Boots as a gift from our vendor. The purchased boots can be tranfered as long as you do not rezz then in SL.
Over the Team Vendor you can buy the Accessoires as Gift. Attention! Follow the discription from the vendor! It works not the same like the Boot Gift Vendor. Julia is Working on that.

* Are there any Gift Cards?
Not yet but we are working in them.

* Information for Copy ‘Designer’
To those who have attempted or want to steal our Designs:

Thank you so much for showing everyone  how creative and original We am. We feel honoured that you embarrass yourself for us when you expose your own lack of  talent and put your greed above your reputation.

* Information to Mall Owner
We are not seeking for more shops to open or sell in. There might be (rare) exceptions.

*My legs are covered all over with the boot color
This is to help those of you who are struck with the problem where the legs and lower body gets covered all over with the base shoe color.
This Phenomenon is a known SL bug in conjunction with NVIDIA graphic cards and certain driver versions, see http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-7957.

However Bax made shoe bases with transparent textures as a temporary solution until LL or NVIDIA provide a fix. As long as the boots fit properly you should be fine using the shoe bases (one for the ankle boots and one for the long boots). You can get them inworld: Click the hippoGROUP panel at the mainstore entrance and join.  Then click again for ‘Messages’, go to the message of 9 Oct, click ‘Read This’.

If there are spots of skin showing with this transparent base, please make sure your foot size is set to 0 and the boots fit properly. Follow the fitting instructions in the Help notecard. For the ankle boots in particular, make sure the leg part is positioned correctly (click in the menu on ‘More’ – > ‘Fitting’ -> ‘Auto Adjust’).
